Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation
CPFF is a registered charity (850554858 RR0001) that offers hope and support to those affected by PF.
It's Pulmonary Fibrosis Walk season. Canadians are coming together to raise awareness and funds for PF. Where will you walk? Comment 'Walk' and we'll see you the events page to explore how you can make a difference.
Struggling with balance? This gentle chair exercise can help! Use a sturdy chair for support and slowly work on your side kicks to strengthen your abductor muscles. Remember not to overextend and listen to your body.

Three days after her final chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, Teresa showed up to volunteer at the Markham Hope Breathes Here Walk for Pulmonary Fibrosis.
For Teresa, volunteering isn't just about helping others. It's about purpose, community, and connection.
This year, she and her family will be back and she's hoping to complete the Walk herself.
Stories like Teresa's remind us that even when life is difficult, kindness, generosity, and hope can still lead the way.
Comment 'Walk' to find a CPFF Walk near you.
