It has come to our attention through a few friendly (and some not so friendly) messages that there is an unsolicited phishing scam email being sent on our behalf.

Please note that:
1. We do not send unsolicited emails.
2. We strictly operate within Canada as we are a Canadian only entity.
3. We do not charge for work BEFORE PROVIDING SERVICE.
4. We CANNOT operate in the US.
5. The logo colour scheme is not ours and neither is our logo on there.

What actions to take:
1. Do not reply to the message
2. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER
3. The email clearly says they charge your "account" but never specify which one.
4. If in doubt, call your credit card company/bank to verify no charges are on it.
5. Report this to your local authorities as we have no action we can take against this scammer since the crime is not committed against us.

PHISHING emails like this bait you to call a number and provide your personal info so that they can then do the ACTUAL scam. Do not get entangled with this. PAY ATTENTION TO THE LITTLE DETAILS (The words Contact and Appear are in proper case even though they are in the middle of a sentence)

Be well, stay safe, and most of all, don't share personal information unless you truely know who you are dealing with and trust them.
