A timely and useful resource!

Since Bill C-12 passed, some refugee claimants are receiving ineligibility letters from IRCC. The letter states that if found ineligible for referral to the Refugee protection, you will face removal from Canada. But being found ineligible to continue your refugee claim with the RPD, DOES NOT MEAN AUTOMATIC DEPORTATION. It is likely that you will be invited to apply for a PRRA. Failure to respond to this letter does not result in automatic deportation either.
