I was 29 years old when I walked into my first yoga class, and I simultaneously had two different feelings:
1) "You want me to do what with my leg?? My leg doesn't do that."
AND
2) "I think I want to be a yoga teacher."
My ego was trying to protect me by telling me not to try something new (because I might look stupid). And my expansive spirit, my higher self, was telling me I had found my calling.
I stepped away from yoga for a bunch of years, telling myself that I didn't have the time or the money. I got busy being Protector & Provider for my family.
Slowly, I lost my direction.
And when my marriage fell apart a few years ago, I returned to the yoga studio. It became my therapy, my gym, my church, and my community. And it transformed me.
This month, 18 years after that first class, I began a 200-hour course to become a certified yoga teacher. It's challenging me to stretch myself, to evolve, and to reach for a higher version of myself.
🎯 I'm excited to share this ancient wisdom through my coaching and teaching
🎯 I'm excited to finally tick this thing off my bucket list.
🎯 Most of all, I'm excited to fulfill a promise I made to myself many years ago.
What's on your bucket list... and what are you waiting for?

The men I work with are all trying to solve basically the same problem. And it's a big one.
I call it the "Now What?" Problem, and it shows up in one of two ways:
1) Things are "all good" in work and life, and the question is, "Now what? Is this all there is to my life? Do I just keep doing this until I retire?"
OR
2) Something big needs fixing (usually, it's a relationship), and the question is, "Now what? Everything was going so well until this happened, and I don't know how to get past it."
Solving either problem comes down to the same thing: building a few essential skills to help you navigate work and life in these modern times.
If you're having a "Now what?" moment in your life, you're in good company. And I can help.
Join me and some other like-minded men on a free workshop called "Treadmill to Trail" and you'll learn the 5 Essential Survival Skills for Men in Modern Times.
I guarantee you'll come away with some new ways of looking at things in your life. If that's worth an hour of your time, then click the link in the top comment to register.
