Two photography events, one cultural bridge.
Within one month the became the setting for two special events!
Both celebrating the 75th anniversary of German-Canadian diplomatic relations.
📸 Lilly Lulay’s “Soft Errors, Hard Truths” captured the hidden systems that track, sort, and predict our daily lives. The Frankfurt-based artist’s first Canadian show turned surveillance infrastructure into striking images.
📖 Blake Fitzpatrick and Vid Ingelevics traced history through the lens. “The Mobile Ruin” follows Berlin Wall fragments scattered across the globe, showing how a political barrier became a souvenir, how memory becomes material, how borders live on in unexpected places.

Only 30 days until kickoff!! 🤩⚽🥅
⚽ Fun fact: The first-ever World Cup took place in 1930 in Montevideo, Uruguay, with just 13 teams competing. Team Germany then made their debut at the 1934 tournament!
And we are so excited for 2026! 🤩
