Why?
Because these numbers give you a clear picture of what's happening inside your body.
You can’t always rely on how you feel to know if things are moving in the right direction!
For example, I get my numbers checked every 6 months because it helps me stay proactive about my health and make sure my habits are supporting my long-term goals.
It’s a simple step that gives me peace of mind and keeps me on track.
Still, only 20% of adults know their numbers…
