興味のある方、資格取得を検討しているダンサーの皆さんやバレエの先生方などにぜひ受けていただけたら嬉しいです。

PBTは、オーストラリアのバレエ教師 Marie Walton-Mahon氏が開発したバレエコンディショニングメソッドです。バレエのテクニックを床で行いながら、筋肉に覚えさせます。マッスルメモリーを習得することで、バレエのクラスで驚くほど早く正しいポジションやテクニックが身につきます。
現在、ハンブルグバレエスクールやサンフランシスコバレエスクールでも導入されています。

バレエだけでなく、他のジャンルのダンサー、ダンスをしていない方にも受けて頂けます。
