As an 18 year old freshman for the Univ of Miami football team - I had no idea of the tough journey that was ahead, but I did know I was willing to put in the work.

This DRJ Miami Football Locker Room is an honor and a reminder to all players who walk thru these doors onto the practice field or in the weight room that no dream is too big to accomplish - as long as you're willing to put in the work.

Define your legacy. Chase your greatness. And don't stink up my locker room too much.

I am in middle of setting up sharing on my new blog. I am confronted with the fact that I can't pair up successfully my Lifesaving Bronze Cross candidate with a victim and a second rescuer.

My old neuropathway wants to feel bad for not being successful nor empowering him to secure a couple people for his exam. It is all about believing that everything will turn out for the best. I believe that firmly and I am responsible for that only.

However I only can be committed to his success if he believe in his success.

I am gone meditating then out to enjoy the sun for the rest of the day.
