LIFT OFF IS BACK 🚀
After two great groups last year, we’re bringing Lift Off back to Canuck this July and August.
This is our 8-week Olympic Weightlifting program designed for beginner and novice lifters who want to improve their sn**ch, clean & jerk, strength, and confidence under the bar.
Whether you’re a CrossFitter looking to sharpen your lifting, a graduate of a previous Lift Off, or someone who’s always wanted to learn Olympic weightlifting in a supportive environment, this program is for you.
Over 8 weeks you’ll learn:
• Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk technique and fundamentals
• Pulling and squatting strength
• Better positions, timing, and confidence
• How to train like a weightlifter
And we’ll finish with a fun mock meet where you can put it all together and test some new maxes.

There’s something really cool about watching people gradually expand what they believe they’re capable of.
30-inch box jumps obviously require a lot of physical capacity in terms of strength, power, coordination, timing etc.
BUT there is also a huge psychological element. Most people hesitate before they ever leave the ground.
Really proud of Marsha for this one. 30 inches is no joke. Especially for 25 reps in a long workout!!💪
