West Employment Services and Training Program

Our Story

West Employment Services and Training Program (WEST) has provided free employment services, as a designated Employment Ontario Service Provider funded by the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) since 1998.

Our services help youth and adults in the local community build essential skills to lead an effective job search, enter or re-enter the workforce, and maintain long-term employment.

Our service model keeps participants at the center, with regular in-person meetings, ongoing support, and follow-up, so participants get the help they need and feel supported every step of the way!
