Meet Aaron Uttley!

Aaron joined Shift in 2015 as a BA with no previous Salesforce experience (even though Salesforce runs in his family - his dad has been a Salesforce Administrator since the early days) and has since worked his way up to Consultant/Analyst Team Lead.

Prior to joining Shift, Aaron used and improved a poorly implemented CRM while working at a traffic ticket firm. After hearing about Shift from 2 friends who were current/former employees with nothing but good things to say about the company, he knew it was the right move for his career. He was also pleased to see all the great things they had to say were true.

Even though he isn’t in a classroom Aaron is a licensed teacher and loves training, whether it is clients or our BAs and Consultants- it's all about the aha moments.

Even though he is an avid indoors man, his favourite thing in the world is jumping in a lake with the sun shining down in the summer.

At Shift, work-life balance has been at the forefront of our cultural values and is embedded in many of the decisions we make. Our team was quick to support even additional accommodations needed for those with children at home.
