FOREHEAD (Digestive System)
*Drink more water *Eat more water-based fruits like watermelons & cucumber*Reduce the amount of fat in your diet
T-Zone (Liver)
*Decrease the amt of dairy & greasy food in your diet *get more sleep & exercise* this is the area where food allergies show up 1st
Nose (Heart)
*Decrease intake of red meat, salty or spicy foods *Add healthy fats-Omegas 3 & 6 such as avocados, fish, flax seeds *Check your Vitamin B levels & your blood pressure
EYES (Kidneys)
