Our Story

Human Capital Solutions exists to 'Empower People To Empower Themselves!" This occurs in 4 major areas: 1) Executive Recruitment: We have developed a strategic partnership with Abilities Hub Recruitment to assist them in placing people of all abilities into the appropriate workplace for them. 2) Empowerment Coaching: We are always looking to assist clients to realize their "Capital" or "Human Value" that they bring to the world through: a) Personal/Career Coaching Sessions b) Interview Preparation Sessions c) Cover Letter & Resume Reconstruction Sessions 3) Training/Facilitation: We run Social Media Training/Facilitation on Saturdays for anyone who wishes to enhance their brand online and just be better at social media. We call them Social Media Saturdays. 4) Networking/Masterminding: A few times a month we offer our clients various opportunities to attend masterminding/networking events where they can share their ideas & gain valuable feedback on what they are doing & also have some fun in the process. We call these events: Work Hard; Play Harder, which currently only occur in Toronto.
