Currently dealing with a bank and 2 insurance companies about 3 separate issues, and all 3 have are responding to my individual situation with
"I've tried this 1 approach, it doesn't fit your needs but I'm completely out of ideas."

As someone that runs my own business, I'm appalled by this inability to even try to adjust to their clients needs

As someone that's been alive for nearly 50 yrs, I'm not surprised at all.
Big business does not care about the little guy. They're literally built in a way that they can't.
