It's Brain Awareness Week! As a Brain Awareness Week Partner, we want to do our part to foster public enthusiasm and support for brain science. The brain is an amazing part of our anatomy responsible for everything we do and are. It is incredibly resilient and can compensate for all sorts of damage and disease. However, when a complex thought process, like memory, is disrupted the brain can have a hard time repairing all parts of the process.
