WHAT IS LIP NEUTRALIZATION?
The gradual process of camouflaging blue/purple undertones in lips. The ultimate goal of this procedure is to create an even-tone across the bottom and top lip.
During the first session, we will neutralize cool undertones (eg., blue, purple) with warm based pigments to lift any darkness of the lips. Healing takes approximately 8-12 weeks — afterwards lips will be assessed, and a second session may be required.
The healing process for Lip Neutralization can be very complicated and overwhelming, as lips usually DARKEN prior to getting lighter.
Week 1-3 post-procedure: Pigment will disappear after scabbing, lips may darken
Week 4/5: Dark areas will begin to lighten
Week 7/8: Colour will slowly reappear
Depending on desired outcome, darkness of lips, among other factors, around 2-4 sessions may be required.

Making sure your skin is completely dry, begin brushing in the direction of your heart. Start at your ankles, while moving in circular motions and work your way upwards. After brushing, bathe as usual and apply a generous amount of moisturizer to your skin. Depending on the strength of your skin, dry brushing can be done two to four times a week. It’s important to avoid areas on your skin that may have eczema, rashes or wounds. Most importantly, if you have sensitive skin, dry brushing should only be done once a week.
