No shortcuts. Just consistency.

Our summer students are staying sharp, learning new skills, and getting ready for the year ahead. Their peers will enter the next school year with learning loss and confusion.

Every week has 168 hours, or 112 waking hours. If you spent just 5 of your weekly hours, or 4.5% of your week on studying, by the end of the summer, you will have stacked up 40 hours of experience against your peersโ€™ 0.

Summer is the absolute best time to get ahead academically. And no, you donโ€™t have to give up your vacation to study. Just a few hours PER WEEK is enough to stay sharp, avoid learning loss, and even get ahead!

โœ… No pressure to study certain topics
โœ… No juggling 4-8 classes at once
โœ… Smaller groups and more attention

Our students are spending this summer MASTERING concepts in math, science, and English BEFORE school starts in the fall. No pressure, just building a strong foundation and a deep focus on topics.

Mock tests are the most effective item in our toolbox to maximize our academic results.

Homework, lectures, notes, theyโ€™re all great.

However, a mock test will simulate REAL test conditions; knowing the material is only one part of the battle. Can you perform under pressure, finish on time, communicate solutions clearly?

Our summer students write a mock test EVERY week to make sure theyโ€™re on track, and get REAL feedback on their progress.

๐Ÿงฎ Week ONE of the summer accelerated math program has officially wrapped! Students have already learned a full unit of their next semesterโ€™s math course!
๐Ÿ˜ƒ Itโ€™s been so much fun for myself, and hopefully for the students too!
๐Ÿ˜ด Students! Make sure to get some rest; week 2 is going to be a lot faster pace.

As usual, Iโ€™m always available via email if you have questions.

A few hours in the classroom ๐Ÿ“–

POV: Join me on a day during regular classes and one seminar at High School Prep Academy. It was a busy, but fun and rewarding day!

Teaching never gets old, and Iโ€™m so blessed to do this every day.

๐ŸŽ‰ That's a wrap on our second school year of in-person operations!

Thank you to every student, parent, and tutor who trusted High School Prep Academy this year. Watching our students grow in both grades and confidence has been an amazing experience.

We're incredibly grateful for all of your support, and we're excited for what's ahead.

๐Ÿ“… We will be closed from June 30 to July 5 as we prepare for the summer.

โ˜€๏ธ Our Summer Program begins July 6, and we can't wait to welcome both new and returning students.

If you have any questions or would like to register, feel free to call or text us anytime.

Here's to an even bigger and better third year. ๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ Why do I always put such a high emphasis on strong math skills?
๐Ÿ”๏ธ Math is extremely cumulative. If you have a strong base, adding new skills on top will be EASY. Alternatively, if you have basic gaps in understanding, every new topic will add more pressure to an already shaky foundation, and a heavy load on a weak foundation is bound to cause a collapse.
๐Ÿง  Furthermore, so many higher level courses become SIMPLE when you arenโ€™t afraid of math. Physics, chemistry, Data Management, Statistics, Economics, and so many other courses require math skills. No matter how well you understand relative motion, if you canโ€™t do the algebra, you WILL struggle in physics.
๐Ÿ‘บ More importantly than anything else, being afraid or anxious about math is all too common. Forcing students to confront their fears in a supportive, low stakes environment is the best way to help them overcome it.
๐Ÿงฎ Our summer math program and regular summer program are still open for enrollment. Check out the link in bio!

Yasin went on an ABSOLUTE TEAR this year. So proud of him, and next year, weโ€™re going for 100% in functions or NOTHING.
