📢 Good news: DVP off-ramp at Richmond reopening tomorrow morning!

Southbound DVP off-ramp to Richmond Street will reopen tomorrow, Friday, April 24, ahead of the morning rush hour.

The ramp has been closed since October 2025 for critical repairs, including work to strengthen the structure. Reopening now reflects an accelerated construction schedule to complete this phase of the project before FIFA World Cup 2026™ and avoid permanent lane closures on Eastern Avenue during the tournament.

This was achieved by extending work hours, adding crews, identifying safe and innovative ways to continue work through the winter months, enabling more work to happen concurrently, and coordinating construction and traffic staging across the area.
