One of our three featured guests for Disruptors: 2012 is Mark Macdonald: Mark is the founder of Toronto Food Trucks & Toronto Street Food Project, a social media-based campaign designed "to generate the political will necessary to get some of the current rules and regulations changed for food trucks and carts." It enables average citizens to quickly and easily take action by sending letters or using twitter to contact their City Councillor directly.
