Within Toronto's Cabbagetown Heritage Conservation District, AXIA is working with Toronto Seniors Housing to convert a 150-year old Victorian property to eleven Seniors' apartments with an urban courtyard, bringing gentle density to a historic district and providing accessible and dignified housing to those in need.

Within the one-storey podium of Ron Thom's 15 Scadding Ave. housing block (1981), AXIA worked with Toronto Community Housing to create a new Service Hub, part of a more localized Tenant-Staff interaction and offering dignified and accessible spaces for work and meeting.
