🗝️We’ve been busy over here with THREE unique sales! 🗝️
No two experiences are ever the same and this patchwork quilt market continues to do it’s own thing to widely varying degrees in different price ranges/locations! So let’s keep it real because too many agents just like to pretend every sale is easy peasy…
1. Flamborough hit a complete stall in this price range for over 6 weeks (😱). We did not see a single sale take place between 1.1-1.6 million during this section of Spring market, for all of Flamborough!
Sticking it out and achieving the desired result was worth it when all the buyers decided to come back out to the country!
2. This sweet home I nicknamed the plant house was quick to sell in just under ten days. Some curve balls were thrown our way and the Seller’s handled everything with grace and resilience! Together we achieved their desired result and we were all overjoyed when this one sold!
3. This family home was a hard one to let go, but it was the right time. We had OVER 100 SHOWINGS, 10 OFFERS, and an incredible result in just 6 days!!! I am so happy for this wonderful family that I’ve had the pleasure of working with every generation, so special!
REMEMBER - every sale and market is different, strategies need to quickly change with the information the market is giving you at that exact moment. Having an agent who can read and strategize as the market evolves is imperative to your success.

Being a Seller is not usually easy. Having an agent that doesn’t communicate effectively makes things 10 times harder! When you interview an agent, ask them what their communication style is, and how often they plan to check in with you outside of just “you have an offer!”, which is easier communication. Consistent market updates and feedback is harder communication and the hardest is consistently keeping in touch when and if a listing takes longer than average to sell. Some agents start to hide from their clients when they need them the most! Choose an agent who is there through the hard stuff, and makes it easier by consistently communicating support and information all the way throughout! It makes ALL the difference in your experience. 📲📧🗣️❤️
