Urbacon

Infrastructure Ontario selected Urbacon to lead the construction of the new urban park and waterfront trail at Ontario Place in Toronto. The eight-acre park and trail links to the existing waterfront trail system and unlocks a section of Toronto’s waterfront that was gated to the public for more than 40 years.

Named Trillium Park and the William G. Davis Trail, the design was inspired by the Ontario landscape, with many of the materials sourced from within Ontario. The design is the culmination of discussions with people from across Ontario, including the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation.
