VOW was pleased to co-sponsor the Movie & Mezze event in this past weekend. The important new documentary "Earth's Greatest Enemy" was shown with delicious Palestinian food served. It was a fundraiser for medical students in Gaza. Our member, Tamara, gave a talk on the climate impacts of the Canadian military. Militarism is fueling the climate crisis and conflict. Canada must demilitarize to decarbonize.
