✨2025 definitely presented its challenges!
A year of change, shedding, recalibration & realignment. As we round out the holiday season & begin looking to 2026, we thought we would put together a list of a few things we learned & that we are taking into the new year.

Exiting 2025 with gratitude for all we have learned & getting intentional with how we want to live our lives in 2026.

• Tell your loved ones that you love them
• Make time for the things that matter & let go of the things that do not serve you
• Be brave enough to live your own audacious, authentic, unstoppable life. It’s only “delusional” until you make it happen.
• If nothing changes, nothing changes. What you are not changing you are choosing.
