A peek into my art and design studio in the summer. I created this magical space about 10 years ago and added a skylight, antique doors from Sam at The Door Store and heated floors with antique clay tiles from France.
As is often the case, this renovation organically developed when I did the major renovation of my basement — perfect timing to extend plumbing and electrical from the house to the garage.
Before, it was a dark, damp, and dingy garage and now it is my favourite place to be.
