This is so much more to me than simply offering a program. It’s coaching, my passion, my purpose. That connection built is what lights me up every single day! Coconut flour is a unique alternative to wheat flour.

It’s popular among low-carb enthusiasts and those who have a gluten intolerance.

In addition to its impressive nutrition profile, coconut flour is high in fiber and very low on the glycemic index therefore may offer several health benefits. These include promoting blood sugar stability, better digestion, heart health and healthy cholesterol support, anti-inflammatory benefits and could even play a part in weight loss management.

Coconut🥥 Flour Waffle Recipie:

1 egg
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup of coconut flower
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp banking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp date syrup ( substitute with honey, maple or agave syrup to sweeten - Optional)

Mix the egg and banana in bowl until smooth. Add milk and remaining ingredients. Batter should be thick, but you can add 2 tablespoons of almond milk for a thinner consistency. Preheat waffle iron and spray generously with cooking spray. Cook until golden.

Voila!
I topped mine with fresh fruit, roasted sunflower seeds and a drizzle of warm natural peanut butter!

Although coconut flour does not always work as a replacement for wheat and other flours, there are many ways you can substitute it into recipies!

Try adding a tablespoon of coconut flour to your next smoothie recipe!

Or you can use coconut flour as a thickener for sauces and gravies!

It took me a few tries to come up with a waffle recipie that works, but I loved every bite of this one!
