Thanks Jose and Salma at Flemingdon Health Centre for organizing the Healing Together - Gun Violence Awareness event held at Marc Garneau CI on Friday. It was great seeing the students showcasing their talents on stage and answering the question about what they would do to improve community safety if they were the City Mayor. Nice touch getting the service providers to sign the Community Partnership Agreement to the National Gun Violence Awareness Day proclamation each year moving forward.
