If you own residential property in Toronto, you must submit a declaration for the 2025 occupancy period (Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025) — even if it’s your primary residence.

📅 Deadline: April 30, 2026

Failing to declare could result in your property being deemed vacant and the tax applied.

You can declare:
✔️ Online through the Vacant Home Tax portal
✔️ By phone: 311 or 416-392-2489
✔️ In person at Toronto City Hall or any civic centre
