Darren joins us as a management consultant, bringing 25+ years of experience, including 17 years with Sherwin-Williams. His expertise will be invaluable as we develop and refine processes to support our commercial business. With his background, we aim to streamline our workflows and enhance our internal systems—allowing us to focus more on scaling our operations.
Beyond work, Darren enjoys playing and refereeing hockey, and with his strong communication skills and ability to build relationships, he’s sure to be a fantastic addition to our team.
