Unveiling the Canvas of Creativity - Explore, Connect, and Engage with the Lotus of Archirium.

In 2019, I took on ‘New Castle’, a $2M luxury residence in Sydney, Australia. This project was more than a 3D walkthrough; it was a journey that redefined my approach to architectural visualization.

The project presented several challenges, from modeling the contoured terrain and lush landscape to achieving highly detailed textures that looked realistic from both far and close.

One of the critical aspects was striking a balance between interior and exterior lighting, and photographic exposure controls, crucial for a seamless transition between scenes. The video highlights a hyperrealistic day-night cycle and exquisite artificial lighting.

Another significant part of the project was developing the interior design, where I created a luxurious white-golden theme.

This article and the accompanying video transcend the conventional property showcase. They encapsulate the journey, the hurdles overcome, the solutions devised, and the invaluable learning experiences garnered during the creation of this remarkable 3D visualization.

The virtual reality tour offers an immersive exploration of the property, featuring over 40 panoramic locations rendered in stunning 8K resolution. This interactive experience allows for seamless navigation throughout the entire project, with the ability to transition between day and night settings. Every minute detail, whether up close or at a distance, is captured and presented, offering an unparalleled viewing experience.
