We’re excited to host our first-ever Piemonte cooking class next month and can’t think of anyone better to introduce you to the food of the region than chef , our Italy-based friend & collaborator who now offers culinary tours to this beautiful region of Northern Italy! Here’s Massimo demonstrating his version of a signature Piemontese dish: tajarin, a rich,luxurious variety of egg pasta often paired with truffles or porcini, or simply butter and freshly ground Parmigiano! Looking for a fun, laid back, friendly place for your company’s holiday party this year? Since 2018 we’ve hosted countless private and corporate gatherings at Cucinato Studio, for groups anywhere from 10 - 40 people.
