🤝 Building strong community partnerships 🤝
Last week, the East York Learning Experience team had the pleasure of meeting with the team at Warden Woods Community Centre to learn more about each other's work and explore ways we can support adult learners in our community.
Thank you for the warm welcome and meaningful conversation. We look forward to working together to strengthen community connections and create more opportunities for adult learners.

🧡 National Indigenous History Month🧡
June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada.
This month is an opportunity to learn about and celebrate the unique cultures, traditions, histories, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. It is also a time to reflect on the ongoing impacts of colonization and consider how we can each contribute to reconciliation.
Learning begins with listening, understanding, and taking time to engage with Indigenous voices, stories, and perspectives.
Together, we can help build a more informed, respectful, and inclusive future.
