This year we will be participating in TMU’s Mental Health Week by hosting TWO great events‼️Come on out and learn mosaic art in our workshop event on October 3, or participate in a guided journaling session at our Write to Heal event October 5.

In accordance with our school’s recent name change, we are excited to be rebranded as the official Jack.org Toronto Metropolitan Chapter!
Our name may have changed but our mission remains the same: advocating for and improving mental health services for TMU students. 🧠🤍
