Culture Eats Agile for Breakfast

There are 3 things that can really disrupt operation as Agile/Scrum is implemented:
1. Impacts your Processes - it's gonna change to handle a team that is working in Agile mode; people executing the operations manual will start asking (Why did it, What's the better way doing it, Is there some way I can make it more efficient?)
2. Makes you think in a different way - building upon previous layers; organic and exclusive implementation (right people in the room), product backlog will then be released to executives to get more strategies on prioritization to get more benefits and how quickly to get benefits out of it
3. Culture - it should be able to handle the change that's coming; implant framework into a culture that allows it to happen; it should be innate to people; makes people the center of it; a no-good agile implementation that allows innovation; that allows uncovering previous mistakes.
