Last week our sweet and spicy boy Albie suffered a fall that left him needing spinal surgery. The surgery went well and he has been back home with us since Friday. It’s certainly been a challenging few days. His medical expenses are in the neighborhood of $11k which is more than we were expecting and can afford so we started a gofundme that has already helped us immensely and we’re so grateful to everyone that has helped us. Here we see experimenting with two of the most effective ways to hold a dogs head.
The first is the hand-warmer, which works best with a dog with long floppy ears. Second we see the smears. It’s a lot like smiling with your eyes, but instead you push up a dogs mouth to make it appear to be smiling while also pushing their ears closer together.
