In the essence of my last Kaizen post I thought I'd share a simple hack that I started this week:

I love going to the gym but this week my daughter needed my truck so I started walking in the morning right after breakfast but before work and I found it added time, clarity and energy to my days. I chose a destination a bit further than I'd normally go and I just did it and it felt so good!

One of my destinations is the grocery store and this week my children are celebrating a successful prom night and a new part-time job so we're celebrating with a special meal called 'Rich Girl Stew' because I know these young ladies are on their way to greatness!
