The LIP is excited to have Terrence Taylor, the founder of TALKS TOO MUCH, facilitating the Ethical Storytelling Workshop at the Pathways to Possibility: Unveiling Newcomer Journeys event on September 18th at the Museum of Industry.

He helps people and organizations turn real-life experiences into tools for growth, leadership, and impact. With a background in film, mental health, and youth work, Terrence brings over 15 years of experience using stories to bridge gaps across cultures, generations, and workplaces.

His work focuses on three powerful pillars: Storytelling, Failure, and Psychological Safetyโ€”delivered through keynotes, workshops, and long-term training programs. From speaking in boardrooms to working with high school students, Terrence is known for making people feel seen, heard, and challenged to grow.
Born in Las Vegas, raised in Nova Scotia, and rooted in Black community, Terrenceโ€™s approach blends creativity, honesty, and a deep belief in the power of storytelling to build stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
