Ever wonder how the ups and downs of daily life affect your health? The UPLIFT Health Lab at UBC is exploring how daily experiences — such as stress, emotions, and activities — contribute to emotional well-being and health among adults in our community.

New research found that workers who got more sleep earned more due to being more productive. But, the relationship is not so simple! There is reverse causality: not only does sleep affect work, but work also affects sleep.
