Are your AI projects translating into real progress?
Most companies are already experimenting with AI. Tools are being tested. Prompts are being tried. Small use cases are showing up across teams.
But underneath that activity, a bigger question is often unanswered:
Are we actually learning anything from it?
Without structure, AI use stays fragmented. Teams work in isolation, but there is no shared way to understand what is working, what is risky, or what is worth scaling.
That is where the conversation shifts from AI usage to AI readiness.
The AI Action Gap: Why You Are Not Behind (Yet) webinar explores what it really takes to move from scattered activity to intentional, structured use of AI inside real work.

🎉 We're proud to partner with Education Design Lab, supported by https://hubs.li/Q04nmp9t0, on a new initiative designed to help community colleges prepare students for an AI-transformed workforce.
The AI + Durable Skills Work-Based Learning Design Challenge will support four community colleges as they design and deliver work-based learning experiences that help students build both AI fluency and the durable skills employers increasingly value.
As AI continues to reshape industries, employers are placing greater emphasis on skills such as problem-solving, creativity, communication, and collaboration—capabilities that are strengthened through authentic, applied learning experiences.
🥑 Through this initiative, participating colleges will work closely with employers to define what AI fluency looks like within their specific programs and communities. Students will then apply those insights through employer-designed projects delivered on Riipen's platform, gaining hands-on experience with real-world AI use cases while receiving direct feedback from industry partners.
We're honored to support the Community College of Aurora, Hudson County Community College, East Arkansas Community College, and Roxbury Community College as they help shape new pathways between education and employment.
