Celebrating your 40th birthday at your and ’s nest, zen garden, by the fire, witnessed by the full moon in Capricorn—was such a dream, such an honour.

You’re an incredible human, a very special soul, an amazing bestie, and my favourite partner in yoga. You’re a gift to me, to many others, to the world, and the heavens ✨🤍✨
Thank you for being you, and honouring this life in its highest form by the guidance of your pure heart and brilliant mind. I can feel the shift of the 40 and am so excited to be riding these waves by your side.
