MEET THE TEAM • Karin Bohn, Interior Designer

We're proud to work with House of Bohn for the interior design of our upcoming project Woodland Block.

Karin Bohn is the founder and creative director of the award-winning House of Bohn design studio. She created the interior design firm in 2009, and has since made her mark in many industries including luxury residential, multi-family, restaurants and retail.

Karin believes in invoking the unique soul of every project, with each space designed with intention and with her distinct aesthetic that is eclectic, bold, visually exciting and timeless.

SPOTLIGHT - Caffe La Tana

Caffe La Tana is one of our fav East Van spots to dine, and wine! To say we are thrilled about the news that the wine bar is now open is an understatement.

In the words of Fellini, “There is no end. There is no beginning. There is only the infinite passion of life.”

No reservations are required. Walk right in and try some small plates and pasta to share, and an all-Italian wine list!

Allow us to introduce ourselves: we're Sasha Faris, Matt Ilich and James Evans.

James joined Matt and Sasha from First Track Development as Development Manager to design the community we want to live in. Literally. East Van is our home, and we want you to love it as much as we do.

Our favourite East Van spots?
M: Pepinos: pizza and a negroni, simple but effective.
S: Renzullo! Local Italian legend and owner Franco remembers your name, your order, and then some. They make the best Americano in the city.
J: Kishimoto Japanese Restaurant, my go-to order is the spicy karaage and a Sapporo.
