Winged Wonderer Photography

A shot of mine from a few weeks ago. The sunset was pretty epic that day and the warm glow made the pond in the background glow a golden colour making for a beautiful backdrop to photograph this beautiful short eared owl.

Its been a while since I posted. I have been gone for a month in Vietnam photographing wildlife! What was the first thing I did when I got back? Photograph the local owls. Here is a picture of a short eared owl giving a intense facial expression!

Apologies for not posting more! I had internet issues the last week. Here is one hot off the press. A Barred Owl having a mid-morning yawn. Look at the tongue and beak!
