At the Indigenous Resource Opportunities Conference, our CEO Sam Lee, CFA, and VP Sustainability Kate Mueller, P.Eng, joined Chief James Nelson of QUATSINO FIRST NATION for a panel discussion chaired by Christy Smith-Hadath of K’omoks and a partner at Falkirk Consulting.

Together, we explored how Indigenous leadership, meaningful partnerships, and responsible critical mineral development can create long-term benefits for communities while supporting Canada’s economic and clean energy future. The discussion highlighted the importance of building relationships founded on respect, trust, and shared decision-making to ensure development delivers lasting value and resiliency for current and future generations.
