How we got started:

John and Bryan are avid amateur rock climbers at their university’s climbing wall. In between their climbs they would often talk about the influence of phones and social media. They kept asking why these technologies were having such a large impact on their lives, and how they could be more intentional with their time. As these conversations grew, they realized that others would be interested in joining the banter. They decided to record their conversations as a podcast to share their thoughts with friends, guests, and the rest of you!
