My Entire Company Avoids Email For One Full Day Every Quarter We’re up from our desks and on the phone more, and we’re a lot more productive that way.

In my opinion, it's an essential technology if you want to have a life / don't want to be chained to your desk.

I'm on the full-service program:
- All incoming documents are split/merged, flipped, converted, labeled, and saved into a client specific folder in Dropbox where your underwriter (and you) can view them from anywhere.
- When an accepted offer comes in (Or a refi goes live) simply forward it to your DocAssist Team email with some brief points on the file if something is unclear in expert and your underwriter will deal with the rest.
- Your underwriter will be aware of your entire pipeline before it goes live and as documents come in you can request a "file review" for a summary of what is possible with the file, if anything.
- A big perk is that they have a roster of document assistants & underwriters so you never have to deal with any HR issues.
* Instead of getting bogged down working "in" your business, free yourself up to just take applications, sign commitments, and work "On" your business.
