In her latest blog, Carrie shares what her goal is for her 50th year – a challenge called 50for50 with the aim of completing a total of 50km of activities on a weekly basis. As a person who’s always been active, she shares how devastating it was for her when she experienced debilitating joint pain and swelling in her early 30’s and how it was a struggle for her both physically and mentally.
Her active lifestyle did not come without resistance. Luckily, she responded well to treatments, have experienced remission and can remain active.
