Only when you are empty and hollow can you truly be full. It sounds counterintuitive doesn’t it? Maddy has recently stepped powerfully into Ohso’s concept, in his book “Creativity”, that to be a truly creative person you must be like bamboo. Only when you are hollow can we receive and make beautiful things. It often takes stillness, boredom and even scheduling time in your day to simply be.

Maddy attributes plant medicine as the catalyst for her growth. It has taught her so much about suffering and grace. It was also the medicine that forced her to stand in her power and say no to outsourcing to others, and giving away her power. It was the medicine that caused her to lose her footing so she could clearly hold her masculine. Sam and Maddy discuss when you should or should not look to plant medicine, and how to feel it is right for you.

Not gonna lie, we're fans of chewing, especially if it's tacos 😉

Seriously though - dieting is not doing you any favors.

Did you know that binge eating is a direct result of food deprivation?

So all those fad diets, food rules, and crazy restrictions - they actually cause you to freak out and binge. They are like a big ole red flag to your mind and body that famine mode has been activated, which triggers your monkey mind to go into food obsession mode.

Ever wonder why as soon as you start a (restrictive) diet, you immediately obsess over all the "bad" foods you "can't have"???

It's time to STOP the madness.

👉Stop with the rules.

👉Stop with the restriction.

👉Stop with the diets.

You deserve better ❤️

That's because dieting is no way to live.

You can cycle through every fad diet in existence, but they will never lead to lasting change. They definitely won't lead to happiness.

It's not about rules and restrictions. It's not about the "right diet." It's not about "being perfect." And it's not about willpower.

It's about healing the core issue of WHY you struggle with food and body in the first place. It's about digging into emotions and beliefs.✨

Until you do that work - epic self-discovery and healing - sustainable transformation will continue to elude you. ❤️
