🍫 head chocolatier
you’ll oversee production in our kitchen, lead a small team of chocolatiers, and bring clarity to the day-to-day. this is a hands-on role focused on precision, mentorship, and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.

🛍️ guest experience manager
you’ll run our shop floor, support the front-of-house team, and ensure every guest interaction feels intentional, welcoming, and consistent. structure and hospitality go hand in hand here.

from the beginning, salted caramel was a best-seller, raspberry-earl grey captured hearts and taste buds, and vanilla was the underestimated show-stopper (it’s our founder’s favourite for a reason).

these six cream puffs, in their original forms, supercharged the Vancouver food scene and laid the foundation for the 300+ cream puff recipes that followed.
