This season, we’ve expertly combined two exceptional coffees, crafting a festive harmony of flavours perfect for the upcoming holiday season. The first coffee, a Washed process Kenya sourced from the Nyeri Region, highlights delightful notes of sweet red berries and vanilla. In contrast, the second coffee is a Natural processed gem from the Volcan Azul farm in West Valley, Costa Rica, contributing depth with its delicious, dark berry sweetness.

This combination of Kenya Rutuma Ruthagati and Costa Rica Volcan Azul H1 Natural boasts festive notes of Candied Cherry, Apple Pie, and Blackberry Jam. New Coffee Drop! Tropical Chiroso from Colombia ☕️

Discover the latest addition to our curious coffee lineup from Antioquia, Colombia. Tropical Chiroso is characterized by its beautiful notes of strawberry, marmalade, honey, and mulberry 🍓🍯

The process begins with a storage stage that minimizes oxygen exposure. The coffee is then depulped and undergoes a 48-hour fermentation period. Finally, it is washed and moved to the drying stage, where they are laid out on raised beds under the sun.
