Living with chronic pain can feel unique and isolating, but support is available. 💙
This introductory group explores what chronic pain is, how it can develop, and wellness strategies that may help in daily life. Chronic pain can include migraines, joint pain, pelvic pain, nerve pain, GI issues, post-injury complications, and more.
Please note: This workshop is informational only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is facilitated by an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Youth Peer Support Worker (YPS), not a physician. Participants should connect with their doctor or other healthcare provider for personal pain concerns or medical questions.

Need help covering rent or bills after losing work or being unable to work? This one-hour virtual workshop will explore income support options available to young adults.
We will cover what each program provides, who may qualify, when to apply, and how to get started. This session is designed for youth — and those supporting youth — who want to better understand financial support programs and be prepared for challenging times, whether support is needed now or in the future.
